Mindblown AI turns your ideas into playable games. Anyone can play the games you publish, so these guidelines exist to keep the place fun for everyone. They are part of our Terms of Service, and by using Mindblown AI you agree to follow them.
Make games anyone can play
Games on Mindblown AI should be suitable for a general audience. A simple test: if you would not be comfortable with a thirteen-year-old playing your game, do not publish it here.
What is not allowed
You may not create, publish, or share games or other content that:
- contains sexual content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material of any kind;
- sexualises, endangers, or exploits children in any way. We report this to the authorities;
- shows graphic violence, gore, torture, or cruelty to people or animals;
- encourages or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
- harasses, bullies, or threatens anyone, or attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- promotes terrorism, extremism, or violence;
- promotes or helps with illegal activity, including buying or selling drugs or weapons;
- spreads misinformation that could cause real-world harm;
- impersonates a real person or organisation, or pretends to be affiliated with one;
- contains gambling, simulated gambling, or mechanics designed to deceive or defraud players;
- contains malicious code or tries to break Mindblown AI, other people's devices, or other users' games.
If you believe a game on Mindblown AI infringes your copyright, please use the copyright process in our Terms of Service rather than the Report button, so we can handle it properly.
Respect the people who play your games
Your game must not collect personal information from players, trick them into sharing it, or send them anywhere without making it clear what is happening. A game that quietly harvests data from the people who play it will be removed and the account closed.
Behave in comments and community spaces
Be decent to other creators. No harassment, no spam, no unsolicited promotion of your own games in other people's comments, and no posting other people's personal information.
How to report something
If you see a game or comment that breaks these guidelines, use the Report option on it or email security@mindblown.ai . Tell us what the content is and what is wrong with it. You do not need an account to report.
We review every report. We may not reply individually, but we act on what we find.
What happens if you break the rules
Depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before, we may:
- refuse to generate what you asked for;
- remove or unpublish the game;
- limit what your account can do;
- suspend or permanently close your account;
- report the matter to law enforcement where the law requires it.
Some things, including any sexual content involving minors, result in an immediate permanent ban.
Appeals
If we removed your game or restricted your account and you think we got it wrong, email security@mindblown.ai within 30 days. Someone who was not involved in the original decision will take a fresh look.
Changes
We update these guidelines as Mindblown AI grows. Significant changes will be announced before they take effect.
